Annual General Meeting - 2010 (31/Oct/2010)

Our annual General Meeting will be held this Sunday after the morning service.
Important Dates leading up to meeting:
- Sunday 5th September: Call for Nominations of Elders to Eldership
- Sunday 12th and 19th September: Nomination for Elders can be give to the Eldership
- Sunday 26th September: Elder Candidates put forward to Congregation for Prayer and consideration
- Sunday 3rd and 10th October: Nomination for Deacons is open
- Sunday 17th and 24th October: Voting for Elders and Deacons
- Sunday 26th September - Last date for Proposed Agenda item to Secretary
- Sunday 10th October - Last date for ministry reports to Secretary
Note: only members are eligible to nominiate other members to the roles of Elder or Deacon.
All are welcome to attend the AGM.
